Wintouch CRM integrates IBM’s Lotus Notes
Costa Mesa, CA – March 24, 2004 – Touchtone Corporation, a leading developer of native OS/400 software for the IBM iSeries – AS/400 announced that the release of version 6.0 of Wintouch eCRM includes the integration of IBM’s Lotus Notes.
Wintouch CRM version 6.0’s integration to Lotus Notes Address book allows users to see Wintouch activities in their Lotus Notes “to-do” item list. They can click on these tasks and open the related information in Wintouch.
Other new features of Wintouch 6.0 include: “drag-n-drop” web forms creation; PDA access to web forms, AS/400 applications and data; customizable web portals that blend seamlessly with clients’ websites; “click of an icon” importing of data directly into Wintouch and schedule activities at the same time; “click of an icon” integration with MapQuest; and searchable help files.
