Integrated chat provides
Real-time Interaction Management (RIM) adding a new dimension to customer communication. Also, chat documentation is automatic and does not require a copy and paste from one application to the CRM application. -
Integrated emulation provides quick access to enterprise 5250 terminal emulation applications from the Wintouch eCRM desktop. For example, a customer order entry application or inventory status report can now be launched directly from the Wintouch eCRM desktop for a quick response during a customer call.
All Wintouch eCRM software is installed on the IBM AS/400 server along with the database that is either shared or integrated with the back end enterprise or ERP database. Client browsers access the Wintouch eCRM server applications via the Internet or intranet. Other unique features incorporated within the Wintouch eCRM applications include powerful search capabilities, flexible design and GUI customization.
