IBM Selects Wintouch eCRM as Native iSeries CRM Solution

October 7, 2002 – Costa Mesa, CA – Touchtone Corporation announced that IBM selected Wintouch^® eCRM as an alternative CRM solution for the iSeries, now that Siebel has shifted its focus to other IBM eServer platforms. IBM also recently recognized Wintouch eCRM as an iSeries ServerProven^® solution.
