March 4, 2003 – Costa Mesa, CA – Touchtone Corporation, developer and publisher of customer relationship management software for the IBM iSeries is partnering with Varsity Logistics, Inc., the pioneer of integrated small package shipping solutions for the iSeries to offer a native iSeries customer service/shipping solution.
Touchtone’s Wintouch® eCRM customer relationship management solution seamlessly interfaces with Varsity's transportation management solution, ShipSofttm. With front- and back end integration resident on the IBM iSeries, the Touchtone/Varsity solution makes shipping status information available to every department in an organization.
